Ben & Jerry’s San Francisco & Davis franchise has three stores along with their corporate catering events program. Their full service catering events are perfect for Employee Appreciation, Company Picnic, Convention, and Sales Promotion for as little as 10 people to 5,000 plus people.

With Ben & Jerry’s we turned their summer ice cream corporate catering event program into a year round profitable program. This involved a complete overhaul of their sales and marketing strategy. We created a new online Social Media content, along with matching traditional print marketing materials. This involved a comprehensive Yelp, Facebook, and Google Local campaign. We had a sales video produced, which is sent to potential customers and integrates with other online content. Simultaneously we implemented Salesforce.com to manage their business sales process and Constant Contact for creative “front of mind” email promotion, customer loyalty, and front of mind marketing.
